People increasingly have to juggle multiple pressures and feel they
just barely "get by." The author offers practical, down-to-earth
advice about how to make things better and easier. It's packed with
strategies for successful living, and covers a diverse range of
issues - from stress reduction to coping with failure, from happiness
to effective communication.
But its central message is the importance of focused and determined
action: what you do is generally more important than how you feel.
Above all else, do something!
This book shows you how.
