Dr. Moshe Sonnheim, DSW, was a Senior Teacher at The Bar-Ilan University School of Social Work. He received his Masters’ in Social Groupwork from The University of Pennsylvania, and his Ph.D. in Social Welfare from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Sonnheim specializes in Groupwork, Casework, Community Organization, and Community Mental Health. He coordinated the Program for Training Senior Community Center Personnel at Bar Ilan University, and its branch in Safed. He also worked with Melabev, an organization conselling victims of Alzheimer’s disease and their families. Married and the father of two, Moshe Sonnheim is the proud Jewish grandparent of 4 wonderful grandchildren. “Seriously and sincerely written, well researched, this book should be read by veteran and expectant grandparents.” Solomon H.
