Beyond The Melting Pot
Jewish Life and Learning at the Turn of the Century
By Alvin I. Schiff, PhD

"The scope of this volume of Alvin Schiff's writings reveals
the breadth of his interest and impact on the many facets of Jewish
education. Not only do many of the essays provide insights into
the challenges and issues of their time, but they also provide
vision and clear direction for the way Jewish education must move
forward. Alvin Schiff's collection is a window onto the leadership
he has provided for Jewish education in North America."
